Brent Atwater

Brent Atwater is a documented medical intuitive, healer, and a professional artist. She is a pioneer in scientifically documenting the the healing energy of her Paintings That Heal.
Brent was first identified as a Medical Intuitive by Larry Burke, MD at the Duke Integrated Center for Medicine. Dr. Burke is a founding member of the American Board of Scientific Medical Intuition with Carolyn Myss and Norm Shealy. She has also been tested by the Edgar Cayce Institute of Association of Research and Enlightenment and determined to be "a Healer" by the criteria set forth by the Institute.
Her global Medical Intuitive and Healing Energy work has been studied and/or documented by Duke Center for Integrated Medicine, the Edgar Cayce Association for Research and Enlightenment, The Dallas Center in Atlanta, GA, and NC State University's School of Veterinary Medicine. She has worked with both traditional and alternative healthcare professionals throughout the world in Integrative Medicine or CAM (Complementary Alternative Medicine) practices that combine Healing Energy work with traditional medicine.
She participates in ongoing medical research.
Through the 80's and 909s Brent Atwater was a highly licensed, collected, exhibited, televised, and widely sold American photo-realistic, and impressionistic artist. As a child, she was in the pioneer educational program NC Gifted Students (1-12).
At age 16, she was in the pioneer NC Governor's School for the Gifted in Art, and the North Carolina Museum of Art chose one of her paintings for their permanent collection. "PBS" did a TV program on her artwork, and she has been featured on TV's "PM Magazine" in a national special, on "Crook and Chase" & interviewed on numerous TV and radio shows. Her work has been in many major national magazines ("W", "Town & Country", "Robb Report", et al) and newspapers. Her artwork and designs for Shaw rugs, FS Schumacher, Waverly, Neiman Marcus, Orvis, Domestications, Pot Pourri, USGA, Horchow, JC Penney's, etc, are seen in many national catalogues and retail stores.
Today, Brent blends her classical artistic training with spirituality. Brent intuitively and clairaudiently narrates and documents life's affects and effects on, and about her subjects. Her award winning paintings hang in public and private collector's galleries around the world and mirror the spirit and soul of her subjects, creating intimacy, healing, personal awareness, and palpable experiences within each viewer.
Her award winning work hangs in many world class private and public international collections.
Brent attended Wake Forest University Law School and is a nondenominational ordained minister. She was listed in Who's Who of Law Students, Who's Who of American Women, and Who's Who in American Art. In 1987 Brent founded "The Just Plain Love" Charitable Trust to benefit children and other worthwhile causes.
