She has developed and taught the weight, nutrition and stress management program at Stanford University Medical Center as well as major corporations. Christine has a degree in Behavioral Psychology from Stanford University and a Masters Degree in Public Health from San Jose State University. She is nationally certified as a biofeedback therapist and clinical hypnotherapist.
Christine has been in private practice in Palo Alto since 1983 and specializes in nutritional counseling, eating disorders, insulin resistance, compulsive overeating, sugar and carbohydrate addictions and emotional/stress eating. Each session is custom tailored to the unique bio-chemistry of the individual.
Christine is the author of "Light Living, A whole Person approach to Well-Being and Weight", published in 2003 by LL Publishing and available on her website.
She is also a featured columnist in the national Dr. Susan Lark newsletter, "The Lark Letter," and works with Dr.Lark's patients nationwide.
