Daniel Sheehan

Attorney Daniel Sheehan was the recipient of the largest academic scholarship to Harvard College ever awarded to an American citizen. He is a 1967 Harvard Nominee for The Rhodes Scholarship and is an Honors Graduate of Harvard College, having taken his Degree in the field of American Government Studies and American Foreign Policy. While there he served as Editor of The Harvard Civil Rights Law Review as the Chief Research Assistant, among other accomplishments and service.
Upon graduating in 1970, Sheehan served as a Legal Counsel in the famous Pentagon Papers Case allowing The New York Times to publish the darkest secrets of the Vietnam War, which included the falsification of The Bay of Tonkin Incident (which was fabricated by The Johnson Administration to justify the invasion and occupation of Vietnam); the secret CIA political assassination program, "The Phoenix Project;" and the secret financing of this "ultra-black" political assassination program by CIA drug smuggling.
Sheehan has served as counsel on a variety of historical cases. He helped to expose the covert and criminal relationship between The New York Times and the CIA "covert operations; The Bay of Pigs; the New York State Police who killed all 41 hostages during the 1971 Attica Prison Uprising; and the New York City Police Department conspiracy to attempt to frame 21 leaders of the Black Panthers with planning "terrorist" bombing attacks in the early 1970's.
Furthermore, he won the Karen Silkwood case by tracking down and identifying the men who killed her. The list of cases goes on and on. In 1973, while Sheehan served as Counsel for Watergate Burglar James McCord, he learned the true purpose behind the "Watergate Break-In," the true identity of "Deep Throat," and the direct connection between Watergate and JFKs assassination. It was in this context that he learned the full details of the men who assassinated Kennedy.
Sheehan later co-founded The Christic Institute, serving in such future cases as: The Greensboro Civil Rights Case; The Mayor Eddie Carthan Murder Case; The American Sanctuary Movement Case; The Iran/Contra Scandal; The Colonel James Sabow Murder Case (involving arms and drug shipments by our military); Harvard Professor Dr. John Macks defense case regarding the publication of his book, "ABDUCTION: Human Encounters With Aliens."
Later, Sheehan served as Chief Counsel to The Disclosure Project, which organized and sponsored the public testimony of 21 high-ranking former U. S. Military Officers and Government Employees who publicly testified in Washington, D.C. as to their direct first-hand knowledge of the conscious "cover up" of our governments knowledge of the existence of UFOs and even the conscious concealment of captured alien spacecraft and alien beings.
Sheehan is presently investigating the potential secret illegal dumping, by U.S. Government contractors, of deadly radioactive nuclear waste materials on Native American Reservations across the country on behalf of The Traditional Elders of The Lakota Nation in North and South Dakota.
