Glennys MacKay

Some background of her professional status, in metaphysics, and the paranormal:

Glennys MacKay was born in Tasmania. Her parents were farmers. She came into this world with gifts and abilities, which at the time she did not realize other people did not have. She healed sick animals as a child and gave predictions which scared many people including her own family.

In the late 1940's, her father and she witnessed a UFO land on their farm not far from where her father was milking their cow. They watched this huge light travel over the animals, eventually disappearing into the sky. Her father suggested they not tell mother and the rest of the family that they "saw the moon flying across the sky!”

In April 1964 she was followed home one night by a huge craft that would have been two stories high. The spotlight underneath lit up the paddock and scattered the sheep, cows and several horses which ran in all directions. She was pretty scared at the time and tried to get away from it. All she could remember was being distracted, finding herself up on the footpath and headed for a power pole. The next thing she knew she found herself in her driveway with the UFO stationary over the houses opposite. She managed to get out of the car and run to the front door into her bedroom to wake her husband, George. She opened the venetian blinds to show him that she really had been followed by an UFO, and he was able to witness it taking off, and within seconds it was over the Tararura Ranges. She did not realize at the time she had lost over one hour and forty minutes.

This was just the start of many sightings that she encountered through the 60’s and 70's. In the late 1970's she had helicopter pilots and an aircraft engineer staying with them and often they would count up to 18 of these craft going into a mother ship.

In 1978 she had one in the paddock behind their house. She wanted to get over the fence and check it out, but her husband would not allow her to go. They had gotten up earlier to take their eldest daughter to Wellington to catch the plane for Melbourne, so it would have been about 5:00 a.m.

It was amazing how they could materialize and then disappear as fast as they come.

On January 1, 1979, she was staying with friends in Martinborough when around 4:45 a.m. she was wakened by their dogs barking. On opening the front door, she saw a small UFO slowly cruising along the street about two meters above the ground. She got such a shock, she quickly shut the door and quickly ran and got back under the covers.

Years later she found out that Melbourne Age Journalist, Quentin Fogerty was staying with his wife's parents two doors up on Grey Street. He had been the one that had photographed the UFO out of the plane flying over Cook Strait--the flap of the Valentich case.

On her return to Australia, these encounters and communications have continued. At times she has been with others when these physical encounters have occurred.

In the early 1990's, returning from Houston to San Francisco by air, she again witnessed an UFO being chased by five stealth bombers around 3:30-3:40 p.m. when they turned and headed for New Mexico and were out of sight within seconds. Other passengers on the flight also witnessed this event.

She also had an encounter at the Grand Canyon with friends in 1998 and an encounter in Brazil when she was a guest at the World Congress. Also in Peru of January 1999. In Hawaii she has had a number of amazing experiences. Most of these encounters had been with very tall beings who look just like us and usually spoke telepathically.

She has had regressional hypnosis with Budd Hopkins when he stayed with her and was able to go back to the encounter in 1964. Her encounters have continued ever since. In 1975 she was healed of cancer through their help and was told to return to Australia where I would teach and heal.

She is a professional Medium/Clairvoyant. She is a trained osteopathist, hypnotherapist, herbalist, and counselor. She has also studied accounting, computing, sociology and psychology as she thought she should be more left brained.

She has spent many years as a Medium helping people to communicate with their love ones, and has helped police on cases of missing persons, murders, etc. She did radio shows for 12 years in Hawaii, lecturing on UFOs as well as metaphysics and teaching people personal development and telepathy.

She has been a guest speaker in New Zealand, various parts of Australia, USA, Chile, and Brazil. She was appointed Continental Director for MUFON for Australia and New Zealand in 1995. She organized two large UFO Symposiums in Australia with 21 speakers in 1996 and 18 speakers in 1997. In 2003 she organized the International Scientific and Metaphysical Symposium with 12 international speakers who included Dr. Roger Lear, Travis Walton (Fire in the Sky), Dr. Richard Boylan, Dr.John Mack (1997) Jaime Mousson, Whitley Strieber, etc.

Last August she lectured in Seattle and in September she spoke to a MUFON group in Dallas, a group in Houston and a group in Memphis as well as a morning radio show. She does platform work around the Spiritual churches. She is an ordained Spiritual Minister; her work is showing people that life does continue after death and helps them to overcome their grief. She also does private sittings and readings for those who require her time.

She has had a number of articles written up about her work over the years. As a teacher of meditation for over 40 years, she has helped people to develop their own gifts in teaching, telepathy and other healing modalities. She has done lots of regressional hypnotherapy, releasing fear, anxiety and addictive behavior, often going back into past lives.

She has had her own weekly radio show in Brisbane on Radio 4BC where she did the late show on “The Paranormal - Ghosts, UFO's and the Unexplained.” She also has done radio work on ABC over the years as well. Plus, she has also been a guest several times on Jeff Rense, Whitley Strieber and in Hawaii, the K108 Treaka/Don Smith show.

Presently she is available for lectures, teaching, and private readings if there is an interest and a calling.
