Rayelan Allen

Rayelan Allan nee' Russbacher is the publisher and co-founder of Rumor Mill News. She is a researcher who is well known for her interest in the environment, mass media issues, and human rights. Best known -- before marrying Gunther Russbacher -- as a speaker on esoteric history, she presented workshops throughout the U.S., and was a regular guest lecturer at the United Nations. Her family -- the Rhoads -- was among the original Anglo settlers of northern California.

Her husband, Gunther Russbacher, was the October Surprise Pilot who was imprisoned two days after they married. For four years, Rayelan worked to keep Gunther alive by publicizing his status as a political prisoner of the Bush Administration. She met with imprisoned CIA, FBI, DEA operatives and other agents who provided documents implicating Bush Administration figures in drug and arms smuggling. Further investigations uncovered government mind control operations that are linked to assassinations, satanic cults, New Age channels and a world wide conspiracy to change culture through media "programming."
