Robert Rabbin is a writer and speaker, currently living in San Francisco. He
experienced a spontaneous epiphany when he was 11 years old, from which time he
has devoted himself to the exploration of spiritual truth and its relevance to
all aspects of daily life. In 1969 he began to research the world's mystic
traditions while practicing meditation and self-inquiry. During the early 1970s,
he continued his spiritual explorations while traveling throughout Europe,
Scandinavia, and the Middle East. After trekking overland to India in 1973,
Robert met meditation master Swami Muktananda, with whom he studied and worked
for the next 10 years.
Since 1985, Robert has been lecturing and leading seminars throughout the country, coaching professionals and consulting to corporate leaders, and designing spirit-based retreats for executive teams. Robert is a frequent guest on radio programs and presenter at conferences such as State of the World Forum, American Management Association, Institute of Noetic Sciences, International Conference on Enlightenment, International Coach Federation, Presidio Dialogues, Praxis Conference, and 9/11 Truth Convergence.
Robert has authored four books, the most recent being Igniting the Soul at Work: A Mandate for Mystics; written essays for two anthologies, and has published more than 150 articles in magazines and webzines throughout the world. Robert was interviewed for The Awakening West, a collection of conversations with contemporary spiritual teachers, and he is currently a columnist for Healthy Update and PlanetLightworker.
