Ruben Uriarte

Uriarte graduated from Cal State Hayward with a degree in psychology and Latin American studies. Torres holds a Master's degree in Library Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Uriarte is a member MUFON, the current state director for Northern California, and MUFON's liaison to Mexico's leading civilian UFO group, OMIFO. After authoring two books on sports history, Ghost Leagues (2005) and Baseball's First Mexican-American Star (2006), and a motion picture screenplay. Torres has embarked with Ruben Uriarte on a series of UFO books, of which this is the first.

Uriarte and Torres have been interviewed on several sci-fi radio shows, including Coast to Coast AM with George Noory, and previously appeared on the History Channel in 2005.
